The Cowboys and Cowboys Sky Ranch Gala annual event provides an opportunity for Cowboys from the football field, Cowboys from the rodeo arena and other interested individuals and organizations to join together to raise much needed funds for the various ministries and programs of Sky Ranch Christian Camps.

The initial gala was held at Dallas’ Adolphus Hotel in February of 2008 and raised over $100,000! The guest list included such rodeo and football notables as Roger Staubach, Larry Mahan, Chuck Howley, Stran Smith, Russell Maryland and many more. The evening included a VIP reception, dinner, and live and silent auctions.  The Cowboys & Cowboys Sky Ranch Gala was expanded in 2009. The event committee was enlarged and included Honorary Co-Chairs Tony Dorsett and Trevor Brazile.  In its second year at the Adolphus Hotel, the gala raised over $120,000 for Sky Ranch and the children it serves.

Today, the event continues to grow in popularity, becoming a “must-attend” for Dallas/Ft Worth area residents who love kids, rodeo, football, and Sky Ranch – a winning combination!
